Burgess Rawson was established in Brisbane in 1996 and is part of a national real estate services group. Valuation, agency and management are the specialist property services offered by each Burgess Rawson office.
As a part of the wider advisory activities of Burgess Rawson Queensland, property valuations are provided for a wide range of clients throughout the State, but primarily within the South East Corner. The company offers specialist valuation and other advisory services in relation to most property types, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential and ‘going concerns’ (ie. real estate developed for particular purposes and often involving controlled licenses, such as clubs, hotels, hostels and private schools). Our experience also includes motels, caravan parks, sporting facilities and marinas.
Valuations are regularly undertaken for portfolio and finance purposes, in connection with purchase and sale activities, and for Government bodies and business enterprises, at all levels. We also provide rental valuations for a wide variety of properties.
The firm currently carries a Professional Indemnity Insurance in the sum of $5 million for any one claim. Evidence of P.I. insurance cover is appended to this report.
